Tasks

-Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy -Oversees assigned staff development and advancement -Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team -Assigns projects to staff and schedules work -Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products -Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects -Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required -Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals -Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team -Reviews monthly productivity and man-hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed
