Tasks

-Proactively manage the impact on and protection of the environment -Creation and management of the appropriate Project Documentation and control of project expenditure within a monthly project reporting structure -Taking responsibility for the health & safety of self and all under your control, completion of RAMS -Close liaison and management of the Client and other stakeholders as appropriate -Management of staff and subcontractors working on assigned projects

What You Bring

-Capable of effectively managing teams, including employees and subcontractors -Site experience is essential, currently or previously in a supervisory site role or Project engineer role -Driving licence -Understanding of project governance procedures and commercial aspects of projects -Experience in managing CDM sites and working on CDM sites -CSCS card -Industrial engineering experience - ie water industry, MEICA, civils -Sound knowledge of H&S legislation and regulations -Contracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday -Capable of effectively managing more than one project at any one time, depending on complexity -Experience in the design and delivery of projects -CDM Awareness (ideally SSSTS or SMSTS) -Southern Water Experience is desirable but not essential -Industry Based qualifications (NVQ/C&G) -HNC / HND level qualifications
