The Role

Overview

Assist with construction project execution, estimating, scheduling, and field support.

Tasks

-Interacting with design professionals and construction management teams. -Assisting with tracking and forecasting project budgets. -Observing and supervising construction activities. -Organizing and attending project meetings. -Assisting with project close out activities. -Assisting with field execution support of construction projects. -Assisting with safety enforcement. -Assisting with estimating, scheduling, developing bid packages, issuing RFI's, and coordination of submittals.

What You Bring

-Within two (2) years of graduating. -Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise -Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure -Demonstrated leadership skills -Proficiency with Microsoft office suite -Pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or applicable field
