Overview
Maintain grounds, clean areas, assist residents, handle repairs & landscaping.

Tasks
-Meet task deadlines as assigned -Clean out vacated apartments. -Responds to issues outside of normal work schedule when required. -Maintains the physical condition of the property. -Utilizes hand tools and power tools to participate in upkeep. -Frequently sit, stand and walk. -Picks up debris and removes other objects from the property. -Address issues with landscaping and snow/ice removal. -Assist the Service Team with service requests as needed. -Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including parking lot, buildings, and all common areas. -Follows all company policies and procedures. -Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, and company-utilized software. -Provides exemplary customer service to all residents proactively solving issues, and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.

What You Bring
-Professional and timely responses to all work orders. -(1) year of multi-family property management experience preferred. -Regularly required to talk or hear. -Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. -Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. -Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. -Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers even in difficult situations. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents. -Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is required. -Previous Groundskeeper experience preferred. -Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. -Previous experience working with a team to meet success. -Travel up to 10% of the time. -Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
