The Role
Overview
Assist Regional FM manager, handling contracts, inspections, reporting, and client liaison

Tasks
-Provide day-to-day FM operational support to the client -Assist in the duties/responsibilities of the Operations Manager in any absence -Manage/assist in recruitment procedures to ensure legislation and processes are adhered in order to identify suitable candidates with key skills and attributes -Review and evaluate existing soft & hard services contracts, to provide KPI and SLA’s -Deliver all the requires outputs against the agreed KPIs whilst striving to improving performance beyond the baseline target -Production of helpdesk related reports -Communication to client departments of completed and planned works -Provide monthly operational reports including budget performance against agreed targets -Provide day to day hard & soft services contract management (cleaning, vending, catering, contractor management etc) -Influence and encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practice across site(s) -Assist with overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance scheduling -Production of accurate contract performance reports weekly, monthly, as and when requested -Plan and co-ordinate team briefings and Toolbox Talks -Dealing with subcontractor and supplier enquiries -Operating as a member of the EMCOR team, to lead and support all site based services -Identify cost reduction opportunities resulting from improved / changed maintenance techniques -Regularly meet with the client to communicate key contract issues in support of sustaining partnership values and the smooth running of the business -Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and communicated to the Team -Review staffing levels and labour costs ensuring that they remain within the budget at all times

What You Bring
-Ability to sustain effective relationships by understanding the importance of professionalism and able to handle complaints effectively -Reliable and resilient under pressure, accepting responsibility and taking ownership & Accountability -Experience of Producing & Reviewing RAMS -IOSHH or NEBOSH Qualified -Experience within a similar role, managing the delivery of complex high value contracts with both hard & soft services experience -Has a detailed understanding of operational needs, having a thorough awareness of commercial implications of actions. -Technical Certificate or Diploma -An excellent level of interpersonal and customer relationship skills, with an emphasis on accuracy -Experience of using Word, Excel, CMMS and Helpdesk Packages
