Tasks

The Manager – L&D role involves driving the learning and development planning and executing the plan for IndiGrid. The position reports to the Lead – Talent and is at the Manager / M2 grade level. -Connect with the relevant partners in the learning and development & capability space. -Articulate learning objectives with stakeholder priorities and audience needs, etc. -Design digital learning journeys across bands, functions and roles. -Drive learning adoption through various marketing and communication activities. -Plan and implement necessary LMS updates and systems integration. -Deploy established and innovative methods to evaluate learning effectiveness. -Plan and design learning communications and marketing of learning events. -Drive the LMS adoption, engagement and reporting for the organization. -Conduct Training needs analysis in a structured format. -Run monthly digital and offline learning campaigns to drive learning adoption. -Drive Learning MIS and Reporting with multiple stakeholders and forums. -Align learning plan and activities with the IG Competencies and Learning framework. -Drive planning and implementation of key Learning activities as per annual learning plan. -Manage learning vendor relationships and payments process.

What You Bring

-AI use. -3-4 years of Learning experience with at least 1-2 LMS implementation projects & overall proficient in working on HR systems. -Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving attitude and agility to work on learning design and execution both. -L&D experience at a consulting company or Manufacturing/Infra experience would be added advantage. -PG Diploma/MBA in HR/psychology. -Ability to understand business technical needs and drive skill development program. -LMS e-learning hands-on experience / HRMS exposure. -Advanced expertise on MS Office specifically Excel. -Certifications – any relevant certifications in L&D, assessments, ADDIE, digital learning, etc.
