Tasks

-Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve project and adoption practices. -Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, schedule, and budget. -Partner with IT leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively. -Leverage data analysis and feedback to measure adoption, identify trends, and recommend improvements. -Partner with business units to identify process improvement opportunities enabled by technology. -Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption strategies to drive successful implementation of new tools and processes. -Align IT initiatives with business strategy, ensuring projects maximize value delivery. -Lead cross-functional updates, steering committees, and status reporting. -Promote a culture of agility and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and iteration as new technologies are deployed. -Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. -Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, assignments, and timelines. -Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in. -Facilitate change management activities, ensuring business stakeholders embrace new ways of working. -Ensure smooth handoffs between project delivery and operations/support teams.

What You Bring

-Experience with business process improvement and/or technology adoption initiatives. -Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work effectively with engineers, developers, and business leaders. -Customer-focused mindset with a passion for enabling teams through technology. -Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, communications, or related discipline; or 10+ years of relevant IT/business experience. -Previous experience driving change management and technology adoption initiatives in enterprise IT environments preferred. -Proven IT project management experience, including managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. -Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while meeting deadlines. -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools/software. -Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% -Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
