Lead pre‑contract procurement, tendering and cost management for large‑scale entertainment/hospitality projects.

Tasks

-Develop and execute procurement and packaging strategies for complex, high-value work packages. -Collaborate with finance to validate estimates and ensure budget compliance. -Engage the supply chain, negotiating terms to mitigate risk and secure value. -Oversee the full tender process, from market engagement to contract award. -Work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones. -Lead pre-contract commercial and tender management for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with client goals. -Provide expertise in contract models, pricing, and negotiation, especially FIDIC contracts.
