Tasks

-Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination -Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements -Lead and mentor a team of BIM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BIM-related issues -Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes -Oversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle -Analyze and optimize BIM workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity -Conduct regular quality assurance checks on BIM deliverables -Prepare and deliver BIM training programs for staff and project teams -Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in digital construction

What You Bring

-Familiarity with project management software and methodologies -Excellent leadership and team management skills -Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM management or a related role -Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in UAE is advantageous -Strong knowledge of 3D modelling and visualization tools -Experience with digital delivery implementation in construction projects -BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageous -Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects using BIM -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Master's degree in a related field is advantageous -Advanced proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & ACC -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field -Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal -In-depth understanding of BIM standards, best practices, and digital delivery workflows
