Tasks
-Learn about the industry from all levels of Holcim US management. -Throughout the duration of your internship, you may be required to travel for site tours, shadow experiences, or intern events. -Collate data, establish process correlations and develop strategies for capital projects. -Gain knowledge about the operating procedures, production/maintenance, and various products at our Aggregate sites within the area. -You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from your worksite for the summer. -Utilize various skill sets/knowledge during day-to-day operations and to achieve team/company goals. -Create a presentation at the end of your internship to executive leadership regarding what you have learned and what you believe you have contributed to the business.

What You Bring
-Understand various mechanical, maintenance, and production operations. -Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. -Experience within the building materials industry. -Team oriented and able to work with all levels of the organization. -Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. -Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field. -Strong academic performance.
