Overview

Front‑of‑house host delivering customer service, visitor management & facility support.

Tasks

-Conduct daily site inspections and maintain consumables inventory -Assist with administrative tasks and facility-related issues -Handle courier distribution, mail processing, and car parking requests -Support new starter processes including access badges, parking, inductions, and equipment setup -Manage IT hardware assets and maintain accurate records -Build effective relationships across all organisational levels -Participate in emergency situations and ensure HSE compliance -Manage incoming calls, visitor access badges, and meeting room bookings -Greet clients and staff with exceptional customer service, including name badge management and meeting room escorts -Collaborate on office events including catering coordination and room setups

What You Bring

-Proven customer service and stakeholder engagement experience -Basic understanding of facilities services is preferred but not essential -Strong administrative skills with attention to detail -Team collaboration and relationship-building skills -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment -Excellent verbal and written communication skills
