What You Bring
Ideally, you’ll have experience within drywall or facades, but they’re open to candidates from any subcontracting background – interiors, cladding, M&E, steelwork etc. What matters most is your commercial acumen and ability to manage packages from procurement through to final account. -An Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a subcontractor (drywall/facades a bonus, not essential) -Someone confident liaising with main contractors and site teams alike -Some knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts -Have an understanding of contract management, valuations, variations, and cost reporting
