-Participate in the budgeting process for maintenance expenses and capital improvements -Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in building maintenance -Oversee contractor relationships and supervise vendor work on the property -Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship -Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies -Implement and maintain a detailed record-keeping system for all maintenance activities -Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and maintain satisfaction -Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement -Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality -Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs -Prioritize and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including resident requests and property upkeep

What You Bring

-Experience in luxury residential properties preferred -5+ years of experience in property maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role -Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite -Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail -Strong organizational and time management skills -Associate's degree in facilities management or related field a plus -Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair -EPA certification for HVAC work -Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members -Valid driver's license and clean driving record
