Tasks

-Update and maintain records of assigned cases. -Serve documents, notices, agendas, communications, and other relevant proceeding information to identified parties. -Assist in the preparation for evidentiary hearings, including identifying, organizing, printing, and transmitting all necessary documentation. -Process discovery/data requests, manage approval process, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate appropriately. -Provide backup support as needed. -Create and maintain various detailed records for tracking purposes and statistics. -Review materials for organization, clarity, consistency, and timeliness to meet regulatory deadlines and legal requirements, and maintains calendar to ensure actionable deadlines are met. -A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

What You Bring

-General knowledge of Company structure, objectives and policies relating to state and federal. -Experience with Microsoft Office Suites. -Experience in analytical role providing legal administrative support. -Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. -Experience working with confidential and large data. -Ability to take the initiative and utilize good judgement in anticipating and solving problems and providing solutions. -Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. (External Posting only) -Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused, to understand and appropriately respond to project manager’s and clients’ business needs and interface effectively and/or collaborate with others as well as work independently. -Experience with regulatory matters, law, or utility operations.

Benefits

-This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
