

Supporting contract administration and coordination between design and construction teams
Tracking project progress, schedules, and costs
Supporting document control, quality assurance, and change management processes
Helping manage project close-out activities and issue resolution
Assisting with the development of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
Assisting with procurement and financial reporting
2–5 years of experience in the construction industry
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies and reporting tools
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
Experience on mission-critical or technology-driven projects (e.g., data centers) is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Background with a General Contractor or Project Management Consultancy
This position is based in the Houston office and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers, supporting the delivery of complex, high-profile projects from early design through completion. It’s an excellent role for someone looking to gain client-facing experience and develop toward a Project Manager position within a fast-growing consultancy.
Salary: Up to $110,000 + Package
