This role involves managing client interactions, ensuring technical quality, and coordinating the scheduling of survey crews. The selected candidate will oversee and perform design-related surveying projects using industry-standard software, including AutoCAD. Projects may include boundary surveys, topographical mapping, construction stakeout, control networking, and high-definition surveys. The firm supports a wide range of sectors, including residential, industrial, commercial, multifamily, recreational, governmental, and utility projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in surveying calculations and will collaborate with a team of licensed survey professionals. -Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. -Minimum of 3 years of professional surveying experience. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and GPS/RTK systems. -Experience with Leica Survey Collection software is a plus. -LSIT certification required; Licensed Surveyor (L.S.) preferred.
