Capex Control Lead

Overview

Oversee end-to-end CAPEX and OPEX project control, reporting, and compliance.

Tasks

-Set up all necessary Master data, WBS, DCF forms -Yearly assets count verification + Regular asset tags for new assets -Monitor and report on CapEx & OpEx project performance, including budget tracking, variance analysis, and forecasting. -Responsible for E2E process on all CAPEX and OPEX projects ensuring alignment with internal policies and external compliance: -Prepare capitalisation forms, ensure PIP project approvals and capitalisation

-Impairment / Write off regular reviews -Degree and/or internally recognised accounting or professional finance designation. -Experience in CapEx management -CapEx management/controls knowledge -High level of information and data to deal with, solid understanding of accounting and compliance standards and regulations -Strong communication & interpersonal skills. -Strong technical knowledge, financial accounting & compliance, Business acumen
