Tasks

-Receiving and processing orders to ensure we not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectations -Project managing and tracking these projects through the sales process -Liaising with suppliers -Work in partnership with Territory Managers and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction -Quoting and then following up on those to close the deal

-Good computer and Excel skills essential -Excellent communication verbal & written -Proven record in relationship building/management -Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently -NZ Full drivers licence -Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs -Time management skills including the ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing priorities -Pride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skills -The ability and experience to manage a high workload with multiple priorities -Strong administration skills
