Tasks

-Manage team email distribution lists -Assist with electronic file migration -Handle mailing and depositing of state income tax, SUT, and property tax refund checks -Work with vendors and accounting to obtain accrual information -Submit quarterly tax estimates and extension payments -Manage the General Tax Department mailbox -Analyze the tax budget and support budget management activities -Assist team members with vendor purchase order processes -Prepare and submit VP-level expense reports -Assist with electronic file organization -Book and organize travel -Mail and manage federal and international tax forms, amended returns and notices -Request onboarding computers for new hires and Deloitte contractors -Coordinate team meetings, team events and gatherings -Keep country contact portal and records updated -Assist with presentation materials for various internal meetings -Order and manage office supplies -Maintain and update W-9 records -Liaise with IT for staff computer needs

What You Bring

-Strong organizational and communication skills -Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel -Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in tax, finance operations, or administrative support -Attention to detail -High school diploma or GED -Experience with electronic data filing and vendor management -Strong organizational skills
