Tasks

-Collaborate with attorneys on collections, provide ledgers, add legal fees -Monitor and maintain association collection policies -Continuous follow up on items in progress until completion -Prepare legal packages for attorneys -Monthly audits of pre-liens and billing charges -Facilitate manager requests regarding delinquent accounts -Prepare payment plans -Process checks received for delinquent accounts -Respond to requests from across the organization sent to the Delinquency email box -Monitor and update tracking worksheet for each delinquent homeowner account -Research homeowner ledger history to resolve various issues
