Tasks

-Support technology projects and planning. -Work closely with Infrastructure & Operations partners to drive coordination and collaboration throughout the organization. -Support resolution of high-priority outages, troubleshooting efforts, and capacity/availability planning sessions. -Administer, support and continuously improve Microsoft 365 technologies and determine how to maximize business value from products. -Managing user and shared mailboxes, permissions, distribution groups, OneDrive and team’s sites. -Advocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies. -Provide end-user support and managing tickets and tasks. -Work closely with IT Project managers to support M&A activities related to Microsoft 365 workstreams. -Ensure that documentation and training is in place for operations teams. -Helping the Supervisor and IT Core Services Manager in the design of Microsoft 365 environment. -Providing support for mobile devices that use Office 365 -Troubleshooting technical issues such as email delivery failures or authentication problems.

The ability to learn and utilize Microsoft 365 technologies to enable new ways of work. -3-6 years solid hands-on experience of implementing, managing, and supporting Microsoft 365 environment. -Ability to quickly learn, implement and utilize new technologies. -Vision. The ability to see and explain how Microsoft 365 technology can improve employee experience, engagement, and productivity. -Communications. Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Good understanding of adjacent technologies (identity, security, endpoint management, vulnerability management, asset management, IT service management, analytics, etc.). -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent -Influence. Ability to gain agreement and support for ideas and initiatives. -Good understanding of AD, Entra ID, Windows Client OS and PowerShell. -Enablement mindset. The ability to focus on empowering and ensuring that employees have the motivation and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied technology. -Good understanding of Modern Workplace technologies including hardware, software, services, and SaaS tools. Examples include end user devices, Modern Endpoint Management tools, MECM and Intune. -Experience supporting enterprise IT deployment projects. -Pragmatic and detail oriented. Consistently takes a thorough, accurate, organized, and productive approach.
