  • Be able to break a project down into its elements and analyse each element for its project-specific logistical requirements
  • To manage and implement their schedules/ programmes within the project scheme, including the short-term programmes
  • Lead in the technical delivery of Quality Assurance
  • Accountable for RAMs, Procedures and SSOW in place for their section of work
  • Run own small-scale DABs relevant to the section of works including short interval control integration
  • Understand and contribute to the development and application of building safety and fire safety strategies, practices, and technological systems in buildings. Taking ownership of the management of installation and compliance
  • Solve conflicts of logic to ensure the responsible works are successful with short- and long-term logistical planning that is in sync with their schedule/ programme

  • Assist negotiations and conflict resolutions as well as lead others to do the same
  • Build and understand scopes (project and supply chain) as well as understand the contractual obligation for their element of work both up and downstream
  • Support to commercial team with accurate site records and backup during any disputes
  • Own and Manage sections of work ensuring subcontractors achieve their production & contractual obligations with direct competent decision-making that can be validated by line management
  • Technically foresee, identify, and conclude design errors/deficiencies
  • Participate with the management of internal/external design & quality team/consultant/customer to meet project deadlines
  • Assist stakeholder management
  • Support accident investigation with the HSE team
  • Identify procurement requirements and commercial impact of delays, with effective records and management culpability
  • Management of plant movements, sign-offs, checklists and specifications under company requirements/systems

  • Assisted in developing and executing work package budgets
  • Identify and manage quality issues and NCRs from cradle to grave to ensure they are technically accurate, to specification, stopping and demanding re-works where appropriate
  • Understand the commercial implications and drivers within the construction process and incorporate these into decision-making
  • Develop short-term programmes into marked-up plans to aid planning, records and logistics
  • Own and deliver Daily Dabs Briefings
