Tasks
-Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment with transparent reporting systems. -Drive the tendering process - including tender reading, DPR preparation, BOQ/BOM formulation, bid evaluation, and documentation. -Build strong vendor, consultant, and client relationships to ensure seamless delivery. -Oversee the complete project lifecycle- from planning and design coordination to execution, installation, and handover. -Integrate technology driven solutions that elevate project experience through digital or interactive elements. -Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams - including architects, designers, engineers, vendors, and government bodies. -Coordination with on-site execution teams to ensure alignment with design intent, project quality standards, and safety norms. -Lead government and institutional projects, ensuring compliance with all technical, statutory, and contractual obligations.

This role combines architectural expertise with project management skills to ensure that projects meet all specifications, are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Are you an architect who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and large-scale execution? We’re looking for a dynamic Design Head - Projects to lead complex, multidisciplinary assignments across experiential environments, corporate interiors, exhibitions, museums, and government pavilions for a design firm based out of Delhi. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Agile, detail-oriented leader with the ability to balance creative and technical priorities. -15–20 years of experience in project execution and management, including 10–12 years in a leadership role. -Sound knowledge of BOQ, BOM, DPR, and project management tools. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; familiarity with Zoho Projects preferred. -Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory). -Working knowledge of networking systems or DMX integration is an added plus. -Proven experience managing government tender-based projects and institutional contracts.
