Overview
Create and coordinate detailed BIM models using Revit and related tools.

Tasks
-Develop Detailed BIM Models: Create and maintain accurate 3D models of building structures, ensuring all components are correctly integrated and compliant with project specifications. -Enhance Project Efficiency: Utilize BIM tools to streamline the design and construction process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. -Support Project Documentation: Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, schedules, and other documentation required for project delivery. Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligns with the BIM model. -Implement BIM Standards: Ensure all models adhere to industry standards and project-specific BIM requirements. Contribute to the development and refinement of BIM protocols and best practices. -Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with BIM Managers and Project BIM Leads, Project Managers, and engineers to coordinate design efforts, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless integration of building systems.

-A proactive attitude toward teamwork and a demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. -Ability to think critically and creatively, developing innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes. -Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer, reviewing plans, or conducting site visits. -Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively. -BIM certifications, Revit-based technical certificates, or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management. -Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. -Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Experience with Dynamo and other scripting tools is a plus.
