Tasks

-Establish best-practice systems testing and audit programs to proactively identify non-compliance and improvement opportunities. -Maintain accurate electronic training records and reporting, ensuring all training and accreditation meets regulatory and client standards. -Oversee national training teams and drive innovation in training delivery, including digital, technology-based and blended learning solutions. -Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for Aviation, Air Cargo, Maritime, and Critical Infrastructure teams. -Collaborate with regulatory bodies (eg. Department of Home Affairs, CISC) and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence. -Develop and implement national training strategies aligned with business objectives and Australian Government compliance requirements. -Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.
