Tasks

-Lead bi-weekly OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings. -Review and approve pay applications, verifying alignment with completed work. -Serve as the primary communication point for daily and weekly construction updates with the customer team. -Manage all building construction activities performed by Roeslein’s subcontractors. -Oversee and maintain the overall project schedule, ensuring coordination between multiple subcontractors. -Align the building construction scope with the process construction scope for schedule and scope coordination. -Manage construction punch lists and ensure timely closeout of project items. -Review and manage contractor field work orders and change orders.

What You Bring

-Experience with general contractors, mechanical contractors, or electrical contractors preferred. -Ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project timelines. -Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Engineering (Civil or Architectural) preferred. -Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent in the field.
