Digital Transformation Analyst

Overview

Drive digital transformation of Constellation nuclear fleet via process redesign and tech integration.

Tasks

-Support fleet rollout strategy for the digital processes and products. -Collaborate with the IT department to provide business requirements for new technology implementation. -Define new indicators, dashboards, top management tracking of process undergoing digital transformation. -Responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned roles in support of the overall product roadmap and vision established by the Nuclear Business Lead for assigned program/platform areas. -Engage with nuclear users and leaders, especially Corporate Functional Area Managers (CFAMs), to promote new initiatives, while collecting business requirements and feedback -Support deployment planning and activities with vendor and IT Project Managers to complete project activities. -Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties -Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. -Conduct rewrite of all processes to support digital transformation within the nuclear fleet.

-High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience -Experience in various functional areas within the Constellation Nuclear Fleet -Familiarity with technology, innovation and start-up culture -Associates degree in a related field with 7 years of related experience OR -Experience with utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve processes -Experience with process change initiative -Experience in project management and implementation -Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience OR -Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience OR -Nuclear work management experience
