Tasks

-Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technologists -Prepare and validate engineering drawings and record documents for land development projects -Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines across all deliverables -Manage projects from concept to completion, including coordination with clients, approving authorities, and internal teams -Lead and oversee design of Land Development projects, including water mains, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage, lot grading, roadways, and stormwater management facilities -Perform and review complex design calculations ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

What You Bring

-Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ability to oversee its application across projects -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology Diploma (C.E.T certified), or any other relevant degree or diploma -Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills -Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in land development projects -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both office and field environments -Valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules effectively -Strong knowledge of municipal design standards, regulatory approvals, and permitting processes
