-Raising and processing purchase requisitions through the Oracle system for various departments for items relating to workshop, stores, and materials -Entering and managing timesheet data and ensuring all information is completed within specified timescales and includes all associated processes such as approval workflows, error checking, and regular reporting -Monitoring and checking shared inboxes, prioritising and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner -Carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures. This includes managing documentation for trace car relocations, accurate data entry, and the secure storage of records -Processing supplier invoices in accordance with company protocols and timelines, ensuring accuracy and matching to purchase orders where required
