Tasks

-Perform daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs. -Safely operate wheel loaders to move, load, and transport mulch, soil, or snow. -Support mulch production and snow removal teams as needed. -Always follow company and OSHA safety protocols. -Load end-dump trailers with mulch or snow for removal from site. -Plow large parking lots and open areas with a wheel loader.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or GED. -Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a wheel loader or similar heavy equipment. -Regularly required to sit while operating machinery. -Willingness to work extended hours and adjust to changing conditions during peak snow/mulch seasons. -Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean record. -Outdoor work with exposure to varying weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold). -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Ability to read and follow instructions, safety guidelines, and short correspondence. -Occasional standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and balancing. -Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments. -Previous experience in snow removal and/or mulch/soil manufacturing. -Flexibility to work in all weather conditions, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. -Vision requirements include depth perception, distance/close vision, color recognition, and ability to adjust focus. -Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise levels. -Strong work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality.
