Manage day‑to‑day construction operations for a biopharma expansion in Limerick.

Tasks

-Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project. -Demonstrate, promote, and acknowledge positive behaviours to develop a proactive safety culture on site. Identify and prevent unsafe behaviours and defects. -Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification. -Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with company and statutory requirements.

What You Bring

-Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Manager, ideally in the biopharma or life sciences sector. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Construction, Civil or related field). -Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams. -Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
