The Role

Overview

Lead maintenance team, manage service requests, perform repairs, ensure property upkeep.

Tasks

-Participate in on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7. -Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances). -Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service. -Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care. -Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail. -Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. -Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.

What You Bring

-EPA or HVAC certification -Great communication and customer service attitude. -Prior apartment or property maintenance experience. -Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset. -Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. -Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
