Overview

Manage mechanical completion and handover of systems from construction to commissioning

Tasks

-Attend Daily Coordination meetings and any other meetings as required -Establish and maintain a Punch List Register -Ensure the relevant discipline supervisors are aware of and understand Completions requirements in their areas -Collaborate with project Work Pack Engineers to ensure relevant Completions forms are included in the Installation Work Packs (IWPs) -Assist in the compilation of Handover Certification Packs -Maintain the online data base provided by the client -Generate handover mnemonics and certification specific to each IWP -Maintain the master list of approved signatories -Liaise with the QA department to ensure ITPs are prepared for handover

What You Bring

-Experience in construction, or maintenance, with at least 2 years with Completions activities -Good interpersonal skills required as part of a large project team -Suitable IT skills – MS Office, databases -Relevant trade skills / Completions Systems training Good communication skills required -Self-motivated to achieve client deadlines
