Tasks

● Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across all systems. ● Translate product requirements into technical milestones and actionable tasks. ● Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all systems and architecture decisions. ● Define a unified tech stack, reusable modules, and coding standards. ● Evaluate and select open-source, white-label, or custom solutions (build/buy/extend). ● Oversee developers’ day-to-day work and ensure timely delivery. ● Design and maintain the architecture for multiple platforms and internal systems. ● Support the Head of Tech & Product in hiring, assessing, and building the technical team.

What You Bring

● Experience: Minimum 4 years in software development; at least 2 years in architecture or senior technical leadership roles. ● Proven experience as a System Architect, Technical Lead, or similar senior role. ● Solid knowledge of scalability, reliability, and security best practices. ● Strong understanding of software architecture principles, modular design, and API-driven systems. ● Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills. ● Languages: Strong written and spoken English is mandatory. ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. ● Ability to define and implement a unified tech stack across multiple projects. ● Hands-on development experience and the ability to lead by example. ● Availability: Full-time, with flexibility for remote collaboration and periodic team syncs.
