Tasks

-Represent and promote Bantrel across the industry to build and maintain relationships and enhance brand recognition -Oversee proposal development and response activities, including capture strategy creation, coordination of proposal development, and drafting of technical and commercial execution plans -Contribute to Bantrel’s Strategy Framework process, including market, client, and competitor analysis across Canada -Manage the pursuit risk process, including close collaboration with Bantrel’s legal and project management teams during prime contract reviews -Support the commercial strategy for pursuits -Collaborate closely with the Vice President/General Manager to develop and execute strategies and tactics for market development and penetration in support of business plans -Foster active and regular cooperation with the relevant Bechtel Global Business Unit (GBU) to jointly pursue common markets and develop the most attractive offerings for clients

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels including clients, senior leaders, and frontline employees -Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in project execution, operations, or business development within an EPC/EPCM organization -Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Construction, or Law -Knowledge of contract negotiation, risk management, and commercial strategy -Based in Toronto, with flexibility to travel to Canadian centers, client offices, and operational sites. -Strong understanding of commercial, economic, and business issues relevant to the industry and local target markets
