The Engineer is responsible for testing, including developing test scripts, coordinating business sign-off, and ensuring timely and proper validation of changes and releases. They perform incident management by analyzing issues, conducting root cause analysis, deploying fixes, and ensuring swift resolution of problems. Additionally, the Engineer supports process improvement and project delivery by monitoring performance, collaborating with architects, and managing specific project deliverables for efficient execution.
