Tasks

You will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring safety, inventory management, and high customer service standards. You will collaborate with various departments to achieve branch goals. -Collaborate with Sales Reps and support target account growth -Lead team meetings, set goals, and manage performance -Support team morale and resolve employee concerns with HR -Develop operational plans and monitor branch metrics -Enforce safety protocols and ensure certifications are current -Execute CSR tasks and uphold White Glove service standards -Provide product knowledge and cross-training to staff -Oversee warehouse organization and GPS-based route planning -Conduct emergency drills and coach staff on procedures -Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, logistics, or a related field or equivalent -Strong leadership and communication skills. -2 to 5 years’ experience in branch operations management. -Knowledge of safety protocols and inventory management.
