Support project handoff and execution, ensuring smooth transitions to field teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them make informed preconstruction decisions.
Analyze and compare subcontractor bids to ensure full coverage and scope accuracy.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and manage proposal submissions.
Review blueprints, specs, and proposals to develop accurate, competitive estimates.
Lead the preconstruction process — from estimating and budgeting to strategic planning and bid coordination.
Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project scope, cost, and goals.

The company is growing quickly and looking for a Preconstruction Manager (or experienced Estimator) to join their collaborative team and help lead preconstruction efforts across a wide range of commercial projects.

Experience with Procore, BlueBeam, and ProEst preferred (or similar tools).
