Tasks

-Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and align expectations. -Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely and efficient execution of project tasks. -Oversee project administration tasks to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management best practices. -Lead project development efforts by collaborating with technical teams to meet project deliverables. -Track project progress and performance metrics, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track. -Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to keep all clients and design team informed. -Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules using project management software such as monday.com

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred -Knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging projects -Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software. -Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager -Knowledge of project life cycle phases and project documentation standards.
