- Conduct quality checks, job-site reviews, and uphold service standards through regular oversight.
- Create and manage departmental budgets, oversee P&L, and monitor service profitability.
- Ensure timely ordering and distribution of parts and equipment.
- Evaluate workload and schedule technicians effectively to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

- 5+ years in HVAC service, including supervisory or management roles.
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including controls, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, and building automation.
- HVAC/R certifications (such as NATE, EPA-608) and manufacturer or controls training are highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Skilled in client relations and vendor coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary, trade school, or vocational training preferred.
