Tasks

-Perform necessary operator maintenance on machining and fabrication equipment -Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily -Complete necessary paperwork and system transactions -Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations -Receive work assignments, oral or written instructions from Supervisor -Operate equipment/machinery to produce parts -Report abnormal situations and submit maintenance work orders to maintain equipment -Perform initial set-up for operation on PLC, Analog, or Manual controlled machines -Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation -Interpret work orders including written, Kanban cards, and drawings -Provide on-the-job training for new Operators -Inspect final component against work specifications
