Tasks

-Analyzing property operations, implementing policies for seamless integration, and ensuring operational excellence -Supporting marketing, pricing efforts, and monitoring sales performance for goal achievement -Manage staff (up to 30 team members) with regular meetings, performance monitoring & management, and career development guidance -Building connections with residents through community events and activities -Accomplishing property goals by recruiting, training, and motivating a high-performing team -Financial reporting & forecasting; following community budget, making recommendations for income maximization and expense minimization -Staying informed on community market conditions for strategic decision-making

What You Bring

-Customer service and sales experience -Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws -Computer literacy and effective communication skills -Management of complex communities or multi-site high rise experience -Experience working in a unionized environment -Valid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location. -5 years of experience in high rise residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail management -High School diploma or equivalent -Office team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their job
