Tasks

The Finishing Engineer | Manager will execute the works at site as per the work schedule, ensuring the highest quality standards, and timely project completion, while also prioritizing safety and efficiency. -Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues promptly. -Follow and execute approved method of work -Coordinate for all Finishing works -Adhere to quality, quantity, timeline for the project -Prepare site reports and file paperwork -Raise RFI’s and maintain accurate records of all finishing-related checklists, including inspections, tests, and changes. -Co-ordination with stakeholders for Quality, EHS ID, MEP, Facility Management, Architecture, Structure -Prepare | Share | document shop drawings, estimates of resources -Manage | responsible for team’s productivity, safety, attire as required by site, etiquette -Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and quality among the team. -Enforce safety processes/protocols to ensure that all finishing works are executed in compliance with TE safety regulations. -Prepare |Share | document MIS | reports | checklists | attendance -Coordinate for any change management -Provide clear instructions and guidance to the workforce. -Ensure there is minimum wastage of materials. -Proactively raise a request to Finishing Head for material and labour requirements. -Ensure that health, safety and sustainability policies and legislations are adhered to. -Review all drawings for quantity takeoff and information management -Certify all Bills -Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly. -Partner with other project stakeholders (i.e., Capability Lines, subcontractors etc.) to ensure effective completion of the finishing works. -Ensure required resources are planned well in advance. -Review and furnish quantity and technical specification for Tendering -Ensure that all finishing works are executed as per the TE quality standards, in a safe, efficient, and effective manner within the defined completion timelines. -Report progress with reporting managers and necessary with Site PMO. -Design and Construction Management for project level deliverables -Ensure all works are executed as per our TE quality standards. -Ensure that works are done right at the first time and avoid reworks. -Execute the finishing works by supervising the labour. -Supervise contracted staff -Complete the works on time and ensure necessary actions are taken to mitigate the delay, if any.

-Adherence to Quality, time and cost of delivery -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with laborer’s, contractor’s workforce -5-14 years of experience -Working knowledge of MS Office -Hands on and self-motivated person -Knowledge of AutoCAD -Knowledge of construction of residential | commercial high rise and villas -Knowledge of all related MEP services. -Degree in Civil Engineering
