Perform EHS/ESG due diligence and advise on risk and value creation in transactions.

Tasks
-Analyzing company or portfolio EHS risks and controls for clients during transaction due diligence or asset management. -Contribute to TAS’s team-oriented culture in creating a productive, collaborative and innovative advisory services business within TRC. -Reviewing environmental and safety related documents in a virtual data room. -Reviewing environmental databases and historical resource documents. -Conducting due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards and other global protocols, including broad-based limited compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities. -Prepare concise TAS due diligence reports, liability estimations etc., and other deliverables that assess potential environmental liability risks, compliance and operational status. -Identifying post-acquisition value-creation opportunities to develop and maintain private equity client’s EHS strategies. -Collaborate and coordinate with TRC personnel, offices and different practices throughout the US and UK. -Execute projects that involve:

What You Bring
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to large groups, proposal writing, and enjoy networking and meeting new people. -Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel. -5-7 years of experience in EHS due diligence and/or ESG and Sustainability management or consulting. -Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in sustainability, engineering, public policy, or environmental science with relevant work experience preferred in business, corporate social and environmental issues, or related fields.
