Tasks

-Provide guidance on security, identity and access management, and service transition. -Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work at least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people -Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. -Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required -Communicating and promoting vacancies -Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into robust solutions. -Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including infrastructure, application, and data architecture. -Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job -Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible -Lead system integration efforts across multiple platforms and technologies.

What You Bring

-Exposure to security frameworks and IAM. -Strong knowledge of infrastructure and application design. -Experience of leading a team. -Proven track record in enterprise architecture and system integration. -Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds. -CISSP or Cyber Essentials an advantage -BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject -Experience in service management and transition. -Expertise in data architecture and governance. -Familiarity with project management, business analysis, and testing methodologies.
