What You Bring

-Demonstrates awareness of potential risks and safety protocols -Willingness to travel and stay away from home, as needed -Working at height -Experienced in hands-on tasks, including use of power and hand tools -A passion for working outdoors in all weathers conditions -Comfortable working in water, strong swimming skills -Hydrometric techniques -First aid at work -Full training is provided, therefore prior experience is not required provided you possess the essential skills listed above -Strong communicator -Experience with Hydrometric field data collection is beneficial but not essential -SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) -Possession of a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant environmental field (e.g., Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, etc.) -Team player with the ability to work independently -Possess a valid UK driver's license for 12 months + -Good level of computer literacy (MS Office applications – Word, Excel) -Willing to travel as required -Ability to work to deadlines -CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) -Confidence in working at heights, such as using ladders, and ease in working within confined spaces.
