Manage telematics hardware/software, onboarding, training, support, and reporting.

Tasks
-Provide feedback to OMG IT and interested parties concerning Staker Parson’s development needs, wants, and pitfalls. -Act as a single point of contact for Staker Parson -Provide suggestions for development and improvements to the programs -Track inventory & order parts when necessary -Monitor usage of products, offer suggestions to improve utilization, and keep upper management informed if corrective action needs to be taken -Send HOS violation reports to managers -Adhere to any and all state and federal regulations, if applicable, as set forth by the US Department of Transportation (DOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), or any other regulatory agency. -Oversee usage and accuracy of software -Tech Savvy –Anticipate potential user needs, explore and adopt innovations in existing and potential technology applications. -Customer Focused – Building strong customer relations and delivering customer-centric solutions. -Troubleshoot software, coordinate solutions with OMG IT or vendor, keep staff updated of progress -Coordinate Updates -Conduct regular hardware check-ins to maintain a positive relationship with drivers and to identify poor care trends that should be addressed -Check for non-reporting trucks; notify managers and shop to determine level of action needed -Report to work at the designated start time. -Manage Complexity – Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. -Maintain organization of equipment distribution -Oversee invoices to confirm charges are appropriate and are getting paid. -Continue to learn and utilize the full functionality of the programs, as well as support process improvements in coordination with software capabilities -Notify users of any updates or maintenance that may affect their day to day processes

What You Bring
-Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required or requested. -OnBase knowledge preferred, but willing to train. -To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to type and use keyboards accurately and have a strong working knowledge of Database software. -Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary. -Operations center and back office staff will need application setup and training -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions -Excellent customer service skills -Must be willing to travel to the field to assist drivers as needed, and work away from home when required. -Ability to work well with others in a group or one on one setting. -Action Oriented – Be proactive with common issues, respond rapidly to requests, and approach tough challenges with a sense of determination. -Previous work within the construction industry is preferred. -Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. -Excellent Communicator – whether verbally in person, over the phone, written correspondence, or by two-way radio. -Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, percent, land to draw and interpret bar graphs -Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Environmental, Health & Safety Manual. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. -Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
