Tasks

-Supports inventory management for assigned customers when required -Reviews and processes customer orders in the ERP system, verifying part numbers, quantities, and delivery information -Coordinates with internal teams such as production, shipping, and inventory to ensure customer requirements are met -Escalates more complex issues to senior representatives or supervisors -Maintains up-to-date customer records, order files, and tracking reports -Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations, lead times, and delivery updates -Participates in team meetings and shares feedback for process improvement -Handles basic to moderate issues such as delivery delays, short shipments, or documentation needs

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously -Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems -1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment preferred -High School Diploma -Demonstrated ability to resolve routine issues independently
