Assist in civil engineering design, analysis, and documentation for community projects.

Tasks

-Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents -Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks -Maintain organized project files and design documentation -Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development -Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards -Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews -Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines -Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings

What You Bring

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Strong communication and organizational skills -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field -Experience working in AutoCAD or MicroStation -Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferred -Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors -Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred -Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment -OHM Grad School
