Supervise FM operations and teams across multiple Southern England sites

Key Responsibilities

• site inspections
• cafm reporting
• kpi delivery
• fm operations

• subcontractor management

Tasks

-Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks -Maintain accurate records and reporting via CAFM systems -Support the delivery of KPIs and contractual obligations -Supervise day-to-day FM operations across multiple sites -Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations -Manage and coordinate subcontractors and in-house teams -Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure service excellence -Approver for AC Compliance paperwork from our portfolio’s

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance -Excellent communication and organisational skills -A full UK driving licence (essential) -Proven experience in a supervisory role within FM or building maintenance -Relevant trade qualifications or FM certifications (essential) Fgas cat 1 & Level 2 or equivalent refrigerant trade qualifications
